Alison Hart, a direct descendent of Clark, presented his story
Francis Clark, was a businessman, speculator and Melbourne City Councillor. He built and was the long-time owner of the Devonshire Arms Hotel in Fitzroy Street. The building is now owned by St Vincent's Hospital. Clark had an interesting life as a colonist for over 50 years.
